Reduced Service on the Lakeshore West Line July 7th to 9th 2017

From 7:30 p.m. tonight, July 7th 2017, until the end of service on July 9th 2017, GO Transit will operate on a reduced, hourly, service instead of 30 minute service on the Lakeshore West line.

The first trains affected will be the 8:13 p.m. westbound GO train from Union Station, and the 8:31 p.m. departure from Aldershot.  After that, until the end of service Sunday night, only eastbound trains from Aldershot departing at :01 past the hour, and westbound GO trains departing Union Station at :43 past the hour will operate.  The :31 past the hour (eastbound) and :13 past the hour (westbound GO trains will not operate.

This is to allow for road crossing work to occur at Revus Ave. in Mississauga, just east of Port Credit GO station.  The work is taking place where Revus Ave. crosses the train tracks used by the Lakeshore West GO trains.

The Niagara Falls excursion, and VIA Rail operations are not affected.
